Farewell and Good Luck Dustin

Well... My brother is off to start another chapter in his life. He leaves tomorrow for Basic Training in the Army at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. He will be in training for 17 weeks and will complete both his basic training and AIT within this time. He will need letters of encouragement and support so if anyone would like to write him, I am sure they will be welcomed. Please email me if you would like his address. Anyway ... I want him to know that I am very proud of him and that I know he will make the best of his experience with the Army, as it was a lot to teach him. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. I know he will longing for the comforts of home really soon:) God bless him and all that stand beside him.

SUMMER IS HERE!!!

Hey everyone... wow I can't believe that summer is here. It is crazy to think that a year ago I was pregnant and now Gracie is here and getting bigger each day. We are all doing well and getting ready to go see my brother graduate from High School. I can't believe that he is 18 and going to be on his own. It seems like yesterday that he was wearing his big glasses and trying to get me into trouble. Now he is going to be on his own and defending our country... Scary huh?... just kidding. I am so very proud of him. He has improved himself so much with his studies in the last couple of years and now he is going to be in the Army. I think it will be an experience that he will never forget as it was mine ten...Wow... TEN years ago! Well I wouldnt change anything about it and I know he will grow as a person and learn so very much. I am very proud of him and I ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers and ask God to please watch over him and lead him down the right paths and to help him make the right decisions. I will post some graduation pictures soon!!!! Take care-Denah

Its been a few weeks

Hey all... We are doing well. It is so HOT here ... one day it is freezing and then...its Summer. I wish the weather would make up its mind!! Well not alot has happened but Jeremy is almost finished with getting his instrument rating for flying and then he is going to be working on his Commercial license. Gracie is still growing and cute as ever ( but I am partial). Anyway I am doing well. I am planning my 10 year reunion and it has been wonderful to talk with some people that I havent talked with in years... I miss a lot of them. Well I had to break down and finally get a new vehicle. We just bought a 2003 Buick Rendevous. The Sunfire had to go when we couldn't put Gracie's Stroller in the trunk! That was the last straw for me. That car has been with me since I graduated highschool...Throughout the service, marriage, 2 houses and my first child. It has done its Duty!!!! Well that's about it from the peanut gallery here but you all take care of yourselves and please keep all the prayers coming for out friends and family that is fighting this Cancer!!! May God Keep you all Safe:) Love ya. Please write when you get a chance and I will post some new pictures of Gracie soon.
