The Heidinger Adventure

Hey everyone... just wanted to let you all know that Miss Gracie Lea is now 1 month old!!!! Can you believe that? I have watched her grow more and more each day and trust me is doesnt feel like a month a ago I was pushing her out. I am still sore, which is to be expected, but doing ok. I am doing more around the house and for myself. The first two weeks were crazy, as those of you who came to visit then know already:) Gracie is doing well... eating well and keeping mom up at night.. but not everynight is a battle. I do get some rest but there are those nights you see the sun come up :) She has a that baby acne and cradle cap that we are dealing with but all in all her health is good. She was jauntice when we brought her home from the hospital but her color is back to normal. She has another doctor appt this May and of course the shots she has to have are on the menu. OUCH!!! Jeremy is doing well. He and Gracie are staring to become card sharks.. playing poker at night when he gets home. He is getting his garage together so that he can really get building the rest of the airplane. Gunner is also dealing well. He is just not too sure what all is going on... but I think he knows she is not leaving:) He just groans when she crys to much but is really gentle around her. I am sure he will grow to love and protect her...as long as she is not pulling on his tail:) He has no idea what an adventure he is in for:) Well gotta run for now. I will send more pictures which are more recent!!!!
